Age Relaxation:- Candidates age should be 18 years to 27 years as on 08-04-2013.  Age is relaxable for Departmental candidates up to 40 years. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Edu Qualifi: Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Physics or Geo-Physics or Geology or Meteorology or Hydro-meteorology from a recognized university or equivalent.

Exam or Application fee: Candidates have to pay RS-50/- in the shape of CRFS. These stamps are available at all departmental Post Offices of the country. These stamps may be pasted at the top of the application in the space provided for the purpose. SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of examinations fee.

Selection Mode: candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in Screening Test or Proficiency Test, Interview.

How to apply:Eligible candidates may apply through prescribed application form, affix photograph and attach copies of relevant documents, Central Recruitment Fee Stamps of Rs.50/- affixed and clearly cancelled on the application form.
